Introduction for Tenants

Tenants are Communication Service Providers who wish to order and maintain services on the Fibre Gateway with a number of different AltNet/Connectivity Providers (Suppliers). Tenants will integrate with the Tenant API in order to perform pre-order checks (availability, appointing) and to place orders.

To receive updates, tenants must implement the Tenant Updates API which the Fibre Gateway will integrate with to send KCIs. Whilst pre-order checks are synchronous, most order operations are asynchronous and rely on this API in order to confirm or reject requests.
