Line Characteristics
When querying service availability prior to placing an order, the supplier may provide additional context or characteristics about the available line (new or existing).
The Fibre Cafe uses the following enumerated set - not all line characteristics are supported/used by all suppliers.

| AVAILABILITY_DATE | The earliest date that the service can be provided | |
| MAX_DOWNSTREAM_MBPS | The maximum downstream speed available on the line (in Mbps) | |
| MAX_UPSTREAM_MBPS | The maximum upstream speed available on the line (in Mbps) | |
| MIN_DOWNSTREAM_MBPS | The minimum downstream speed available on the line (in Mbps) | |
| MIN_UPSTREAM_MBPS | The minimum upstream speed available on the line (in Mbps) | |
| INSTALL_NOTES | Additional notes or instructions for the installation process |
