When querying service availability prior to placing an order, the supplier may provide additional context or characteristics about the available line (new or existing).
The Fibre Cafe uses the following enumerated set - not all line characteristics are supported/used by all suppliers.

| AVAILABILITY_FLAG | The conditional availability status of the line e.g. where there are limitations or special conditions |
| INSTALL_NOTES | Additional notes or instructions for the installation process |
| MAX_DOWNSTREAM_MBPS | The maximum downstream speed available on the line (in Mbps) |
| MAX_UPSTREAM_MBPS | The maximum upstream speed available on the line (in Mbps) |
| MIN_DOWNSTREAM_MBPS | The minimum downstream speed available on the line (in Mbps) |
| MIN_UPSTREAM_MBPS | The minimum upstream speed available on the line (in Mbps) |
| MINIMUM_LEAD_TIME | The suggested amount of time to allow before making an appointment or selecting a requested completion date |
| MINIMUM_SITE_VISIT_REASON | The minimum SITE_VISIT_REASON suggested to use in the order |
| PARTIAL_DN | Last digits of a stopped or working line (for copper services only) |
| PENDING_CEASE | Where there is a pending cease order on the line |
| NTE_FLOOR | NTE location attribute - floor |
| NTE_ROOM | NTE location attribute - room |
| NTE_POSITION | NTE location attribute - position |
